Special Education Documentation Training

Challenge: An organization needed to have special education documentation training developed for their employees in order to better develop an understanding of how documentation can be carried out for special education students as according to state laws.

Solution: A comprehensive course referring state requirements and input from employees was designed and developed into the Blackboard LMS for distribution.

Results: A follow up assessment revealed that there were an reduction of documentation errors with employees and an improvement in learning and objective achievements with SPED students due to stronger documentations
